Layered desserts are also a big hit with those who do not like to spend a lot of time in preparation mode. This is why using ingredients like honey or molasses can be done sparingly, as these sweeteners also have a small number of nutrients.

Some just like to eat whipped cream by itself. If there are ripe bananas around the house, these can be blended as a puree and mixed in with the cream. This may be eaten alone or with a little cocoa powder.

This taste sensation is nothing like the oily products of yesteryear that had a chemical aftertaste, which was due to the many preservatives that manufacturers added. Even better, these whips have nutritional value and are not loaded down with white sugar products. There are many recipes out there that satisfy most vegetarian and vegan diets.
