The Opening Of An Olive Oil Bar

By Katie Onson

Right off of the bat, it's apparent that an olive oil bar possesses a level of value that cannot be overstated. After all, the product itself is quite popular and it's easy to see why so many people have taken it upon themselves to purchase it, usually in many different types. With that said, it must be noted that the bar in question has recently surfaced in Brooklyn. There are many details to go over and I believe that each of them are rather interesting to boot.

A report was posted on Gothamist and the olive oil bar in Brooklyn goes by the name of We Olive. It's clear that the main focus of said bar is the oil itself, seeing as how 40 different subtypes can be purchased from the establishment itself. It's also worth nothing that vinegar lovers have a couple of options to choose from as well. Of course, these positive points are just a few that authorities such as Unaprol would be wise to draw attention to.

Of course, you have to consider the fact that We Olive is home to much more than the aforementioned products. Wine can also be enjoyed but what stands out the most, to me, is an item of smaller food items that can be purchased for consumption. There are different options on the menu shown in the article, ranging from salads to paninis. The aforementioned menu serves to make We Olive, as a brand, that much stronger.

I believe that We Olive is a tremendous idea and it's one that can attract a number of people. Specifically, those who enjoy the aforementioned oil can not only purchase a bottle or two for themselves but enjoy a quick bite to eat along the way. Not only is the wealth of oils broad but the menu itself, by appearances alone, is promising. Is it possible, though, that We Olive can expand further outside of Brooklyn and its original home in California?

As far as the demand for this is concerned, it's a matter of measurement over the course of time. A business like this stands the chance of growing but it has to be done through its appeal and how the outside world sees the proposition. Of course, the litany of services offered is appealing, whether people pride themselves on being fans of olive oil or not. Nonetheless, We Olive has a strong basis and it has all of the room in the world to continue growing.
