Tamales That Will Leave You Drooling For More And Will Make You Feel Alive

Mother once said that food that is wrapped in banana leaves always comes out delicious. I guess it true because a delicacy from Mexico that is famous for it is something that everybody got addicted for. That dish is called Tamales.

If you travel around the world, one way to know the place is through their food. Not the type of food that you could get everywhere, but instead the food can grab traditional. Those kinds are the best because it got the unique of the city you are in.

This comfort food is all around in Mexican street. And if you are not in Mexican then what are you doing go there now. Joking aside, tamale is sold in streets or in convenient store, though those that in convenient store could might not match the ones that is made by hand and given to you fresh.

At thanksgiving or Christmas and maybe birthdays too, they can order up to thirty thousand of tamale if they want too. This food are in demand that it is mostly sold everywhere in southern California, despite it originally in Mexico. It certainly for everybody taste buds.

Also corns in Mexico have a god, in case you do not know. Yes they have god of corns. Those magical small pieces of kernels that could turn into popcorn, I swear it could be compared to abused princess and when a godmother appears to turn her into pretty princess, except you cannot eat princess, depends really if one is into cannibalism.

About how it way cooks, the chow is cover with banana leafs or corn ones and then place inside a huge oven, some they cook it on the ground traditional way. The product is a sustenance that should be doughy in texture and is stuffed with ingredients like meat, fruits or vegetables. The leaf that was covered it with could be discarded or used as plate while devouring it.

Tamale, after all are very popular during thanksgiving to Christmas season. People orders could reach as big as thirty thousand orders for the first batch. It sounds insane how demanding it sure is in food industry. Maybe because this snack is affordable and delicious, come to think of it, tamale are meatball in a sense.

For some people especially, those who have taste the delicacy agreed on one thing, that it was magical. There is something in homemade sustenance that differs from frozen kind or the process grub. It probably because it was made by hand of someone who knows her cooking will be makes people full and content.

Some tamale is cooked underground pit. It should be stuff with chicken but mostly pork and it is supposedly delicious but who are we to complain. It was food and it serves it purpose. We eat it anyway despite our preferences because we are hungry for anything that is edible.
